Radiology SA Events
Adelaide and Central Eastern Division of General Practice Radiology Seminar
The Memorial Hospital, 6 August 2008
Radiology SA was pleased to host the recent Adelaide and Central Eastern Division of General Practice (ACE) Seminar for GPs at The Memorial Hospital.
Despite the wet weather, the good attendance was most impressive. Following drinks and finger food, the formal part of the evening began. Ian Dunn, CEO of ACE, was the master of ceremonies for the evening introducing speakers: Dr. Charles Lott, Dr. Ghee Chew and Dr. Lynette Taylor. Their presentations on ‘The Imaging of Back Pain’, ‘Nuclear Medicine’ and ‘Musculoskeletal Imaging’ respectively were well received and generated good discussion.
The evening concluded with an interactive tour of the Radiology SA department. The registrants were able to see first hand the recent technological advancements in each modality including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Angiography.
Our thanks to the ACE Division for this successful collaboration. GPs are encouraged to direct any queries to our Radiologists or Nuclear Physicians on (08) 8402 0200.
