Accessing Images and Reports in a Web Browser

This is the easiest method of accessing our images, and works on mobile devices as well as desktop.

Visit: https://rsapacs.radiologysa.com.au/Portal and log in with your credentials.

On first use you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions for accessing Radiology SA data.

You will be shown a list of studies that you have referred recently, and can access other studies that you have permission to view via the Break Glass option.

Changing Password and Notification Preferences 

In your internet browser type in the URL: https://rsapacs.radiologysa.com.au

- Click on Profile

- From the Account tab you can change your password and update your email address used for PACS notifications and password resets. 

- Click on Notifications

- Choose any notification types you would like to receive. 

- Ensure you click ‘Send events by email’ to activate the selections.

Accessing Images and Reports via the Inteleviewer Application

Click here to download the Inteleviewer Application, then select either Windows or MacOS to start the download.

Continue the installation process appropriate for your operating system and organisation security requirements.

Configure Inteleviewer to access Radiology SA PACS

- Click the Inteleviewer icon to open the log in screen.

- Click on "Edit Bookmarks", and "Add"

- In the Server URL box type https://rsapacs.radiologysa.com.au

- Click the "Use Custom Server Name" box and enter a name such as "Radiology SA” then click OK

- Close this window and log in to Inteleviewer with your provided username and password

- Accept if asked to install a software update
