You will manage the day-to-day operations of the PACS, become expert in its usage, and understand its integration with other systems in the RSA clinical architecture, (including the RIS, HIB, and VR systems).
This role combines both IT systems administration and clinical informatics expertise, to ensure the seamless provision of the PACS system to clinicians. - System optimisation and innovation
- Problem resolution
- End-user training
- System configuration and documentation
- New systems implementation

- Excellent client service and activity management capability
- A natural ability to communicate complex technical information to non technical users, including training clinicians to use systems.
- Experience providing technical support and administering PACS/RIS systems
- Knowledge of integrating PACS with other clinical systems including DICOM standards and HL7
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in medical imaging, and/or IT
In return, you will enjoy an excellent working culture, the satisfaction of working in a dynamic and growing local SA based practice, and a competitive remuneration package.
